Smoked Cream Cheese
A 3 ingredient dish that will be the talk of the table. Be creative with substitutions using different flavors of jam and adding some diced jalapenos to spice it up!

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Dandy Guajillo Rub
- 3 tbsp Wise Goat Organics Fermented Cranberry Relish
- 2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Cross score the cream cheese about 1/2" deep.
Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Sprinkle a layer of Dandy Guajillo Rub.
Place in a cast iron dish and smoke at 200° for 2 hours.
Top with cranberry relish and serve warm with crackers.
